The Norton family has been involved in the Kootenay appraisal industry since 1982. Rob Norton, the company’s founder and principal appraiser, began his career in 2009 with BC Assessment. Since then, he has earned a reputation for delivering clear, defensible valuations for a wide range of clients across British Columbia.
Rob holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the Peter B. Gustavson School of Business and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation from the University of British Columbia. He is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, holding both the AACI and P.App designations.
